Shenyang Metro System
The operation mileage of metro line no.1 in Shenyang is 27.14km with 22 stations, and the metro line no.2 runs 20.90km in total with 19 stations(not including Beiyan Line). They began service on Sept.27, 2010 and Dec.30, 2011 respectively.
Metro line no.1:
Departure Time at the 13th Street Station: 5:30~22:00.
Departure Time at Dawn Square Station: 6:00~22:00.
Metro line no.2:
Departure Time at Quanyun Road Station: 5:30~22:00.
Departure Time at Santaizi Station: 6:00~22:00.
≦8 stations: 2 yuan.
9~12 stations: 3 yuan.
≧13 stations: 4 yuan.

Types of Tickets, Scope of Application, and Preferential Policies
ⅠOne-way Ticket: Applicable to all passengers.
a. Ordinary Charge Card: Applicable to all passengers with 5% off.
b.Guan’ai Card: Applicable to senior citizens aging from 60 to 69 with 50% off.
c.Xiyanghong Card:Applicable to senior citizens aging ≧70. Free of charge for the subway.
Ⅲ One adult may take one child under 1.3m, who will not be charged. The adult with more than one child will be charged according to the number of the rest of children.
- One-way tickets can be purchased on the Ticket Vending Machine.
- Ordinary Charge Card can be bought at the Passenger Service Center. Twenty yuan will be needed for deposit and it can be recharged at 10 yuan or the integral multiple of 10. The maximum limit for recharging is 1,000 yuan. The card is not registered nor recoverable after lost.
- The first application for Guan’ai Card or Xiyanghong Card, the report of loss and the replacement of the two cards should be done at the authorized spot of Shenyang Shengjingtong Co.,Ltd. Guan’ai Card can be recharged at the integral multiple of 10 in the authorized spot of Shenyang Shengjingtong Co.,Ltd or Passenger Service Center. The maximum limit for recharging is 1,000 yuan.
- Ordinary Charge Card and Guan’ai card can be recharged at all ticket vending machines in Shenyang.Only 50 yuan notes or 100 yuan notes are allowed to use.
