September 18, “Do not forget Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression"-9.18 bell and alarm ringing ceremony was held at the Broken Calendar Monument of Shenyang "9.18" History Museum.

It's been the 87th year since the September 18th Incident took place. September 18, “Do not forget Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression"-9.18 bell and alarm ringing ceremony was held at Shenyang "9.18" History Museum. The purpose of this ceremony is to remember history, cherish the memory of our revolutionary martyrs, promote patriotism and spirit of Anti-Japanese War, gather tremendous strength, and devote all to write the new chapter of the revitalization development of Liaoning. Chen Qiufa, Secretary of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Liaoning Provincial People's Congress attended the ceremony and made a speech. Vice-secretary of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Governor, Tang Yijun attended the ceremony. Zhang Fuhai, member of Standing Committee of Liaoning Provincial People's Congress and Director of Liaoning Provincial Propaganda Department hosted the ceremony. Comrades in charge of Propaganda Department of Central Committee, Communist Youth League Central Committee, Ministry of Education, and Central Military Commission Political Work Department; Provincial and Municipal leaders Li Wenzhang, Fan Jiying, Zhang Lei, Wang Bianjiang, Liu Huanxin, Lu Zhiyuan, Sun Yi, Cui Fenglin, Dai Yulin, Jiang Youwei and Han Dongtai;Shi Yugang, member of Leading Party Group of Jilin Provincial Government; Sun Dongsheng, vice governor of Heilongjiang Province; Wang Changjiang, Deputy Commander of Northern Theater Command, Zhang Lianyi, Commander of Provincial Military and Wu Junyi, Political Commissar of Liaoning Provincial Armed Police Force attended the ceremony.

"9.18" History Museum was overwhelmed in a solemn atmosphere that day. More than one thousand aged soldiers who attended the Anti-Japanese War in Liaoning and their representatives, representatives of survivors of the martyrs, and representatives of the masses from all fields of the society attended the activity.
